Operation Serving Children

OSC was created in 1998 due to a perceived need to create a relief agency that required recipients to develop skills needed so they would never have to rely on charity again. In the USA, we require families to attend cash flow management workshops, overseas, recipients are trained as to how to utilize vital medicines supplied. OSC is designed to teach people "how to fish" as they eat the fish we have just given them.

Currently, for every $1 we receive, after expenses, $50 worth of relief is provided.
And, with the power of knowledge, hope is delievred for generations.
